Warehouse management, supply chain logistics, vendor relations, and inventory planning. Our operations team ensures that 51,000+ parts are in stock, organized, and ready to ship across Canada at a moment's notice.
Customer Support
Parts specialists, order support, account management, and customer success. Our support team is the frontline — helping restaurant owners find the right parts, resolve issues, and keep their kitchens running smoothly.
Technician Network
Service coordination, technician recruitment, quality assurance, and field operations. We're building Canada's largest network of certified commercial kitchen equipment technicians — and this team makes it happen.
