Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

Unused Condition

The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Original Packaging

The item must be in its original manufacturer packaging, including all inserts, manuals, and accessories.

Proof of Purchase

You must provide your order number or receipt. Returns without proof of purchase cannot be processed.

Within 7 Days

The return request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery. Returns requested after this window will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

Electrical Parts

Any electrical components including heating elements, control boards, thermostats, ignitors, and wiring harnesses.

Installed Parts

Parts that have been installed, connected, or otherwise used in equipment, even if briefly.

Wrong Item Ordered

Parts ordered in error by the customer (e.g., incorrect model number, wrong part selected). Please verify compatibility before ordering.

Custom-Order Items

Parts that were specially ordered or sourced specifically for your order and are not part of our standard inventory.

25% Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of 25%of the item's purchase price is applied to all returned items. This fee covers the cost of inspection, repackaging, and restocking the item in our inventory.

Refund amount does not include original shipping charges, which are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are also the customer's responsibility.

How to Return an Item

Follow these four simple steps to initiate and complete your return:

Email Us

Send an email to [email protected] with your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, and the reason for the return.

Receive RMA Number

Our team will review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 1–2 business days.

Ship the Item Back

Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back to us using a carrier of your choice. Return shipping is at your expense.

Inspection & Refund

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Important: Do not ship items back without an RMA number. Returns received without a valid RMA number will be refused and shipped back to you at your expense. Include your RMA number on the outside of the return package.

Damaged or Defective Items

Report Within 24 Hours of Delivery

If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Reports submitted after this window may not be eligible for a replacement or refund.

What to include in your report:

  • Your order number
  • Description of the damage or defect
  • Clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging
  • Photos of the shipping label and any visible external damage to the box

Send your report with photos to [email protected]. Our team will assess the situation and work with you to arrange a replacement or refund. For defective items confirmed to be a manufacturing defect, the restocking fee will be waived and we may cover return shipping.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Your bank may take an additional 3–5 business days to post the credit to your account.

Your refund will be the purchase price of the item(s) minus the 25% restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed, including the exact amount refunded.

Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?

We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the correct part.

What if I received the wrong item?

If we shipped the incorrect item (our error), contact us at [email protected] within 7 days. We will cover return shipping and send you the correct item at no additional charge. No restocking fee applies in this case.

Can I return a part that I ordered by mistake?

Parts ordered in error by the customer are non-returnable. We strongly recommend verifying model numbers and part compatibility before placing your order. Our AI chat assistant can help you find the right part.

Do I need to pay for return shipping?

Yes, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility for all standard returns. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.

When does the 7-day return window start?

The return window begins on the date the carrier confirms delivery. This is tracked via the shipping confirmation and carrier tracking information.
