Shipping rates are determined by package weight, dimensions, and destination postal code. Exact rates are displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Processing includes verifying your order, picking and packing the items from our nearest warehouse, and generating shipping labels.
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST on business days are processed the same day when items are in stock.
- Orders placed on weekends or statutory holidays are processed the next business day.
- Backordered items may require additional processing time. You will be notified of any delays.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.
- Tracking information is also available in your PartHubz dashboard under My Orders.
- Tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to become active after the carrier receives the package.
- If your tracking hasn't updated after 48 hours, contact us at [email protected].
Our Warehouses
PartHubz operates multiple warehouse locations across Canada to minimize delivery times and shipping costs. Orders are shipped from the warehouse closest to your delivery address.
Shipping Rates
All orders are subject to shipping charges. Rates are calculated based on the distance from our nearest warehouse to your delivery address, package weight, and dimensions.
PartHubz does not offer free shipping. Our competitive shipping rates reflect the actual cost of safe, reliable, and insured delivery of commercial kitchen equipment parts across Canada.
