Key Features

Convection heating and airflow

• Six 2.6 kW heating elements. The heaters and blower breakdown lists six electric heating elements per unit, ordered as 2.6 kW / 208 V (part no. 150202-1) or 2.6 kW / 240 V (part no. 150202-2) versions to match the kitchen supply.
• 208/240 V fan motor. A fan motor rated 208/240 V drives convection circulation and is switched by its own 32 amp contactor.
• Element hoods and blower filtration. Four heating element hoods sit over the elements, and the blower side carries metal filters in two listed sizes (10 mm x 10 mm x 6 mm thick and 16 mm x 10 mm x 10 mm thick, two of each) held by two filter clips in a filter frame assembly.

Timer controlled humidification

• 24 V water solenoid valve. Timed steam injection runs through a solenoid valve rated 24 V, with the 24 V solenoid coil available as a separate replacement part.
• Injector tube assembly. Water passes from the valve through an injector tube and union into the cavity, with the valve carried on a dedicated water solenoid support.
• Water connection. The supply line uses a reducing NPT fitting, and a transformer in the electrical section feeds the low-voltage solenoid circuit.

Controls and electrical

• Robert Shaw thermostat on later builds. The control panel notes state that units with serial number 81-001-227 and beyond use a Robert Shaw thermostat; the same section references Service Kit 293123.
• Heavy-duty switching. An 80 amp contactor handles the heater load and a 32 amp contactor handles the motor.
• Connection hardware. Terminal blocks with end fittings and a grounding lug are listed for the electrical connection.

Door, racks and stand

• Silicone-sealed door. The oven door assembly includes a silicone seal and hangs on two door hinges; the complete door assembly is available as a single replacement part.
• Two rack configurations. The left-hand oven rack is documented in 10-shelf and 7-shelf versions.
