The Hobart QE is a commercial refrigerator built by Hobart Corporation, 701 S. Ridge Avenue, Troy, Ohio 45374-0001, and documented component-by-component in the manufacturer's own QE Series replacement parts manual, Form 43026 (F-43026, August 2001). That manual covers the QE refrigerator alongside its DE and EQE refrigerator siblings and the QEF, DEF, and EQEF freezer versions of the same platform, and it tags parts to the QE in all three section counts: QE1, QE2, and QE3.
