Installation & Requirements

Position the unit on a flat surface and level it using its adjustable legs. Operation

Do not place uncovered hot food or liquids in the cabinet. Package or protect food where possible, and avoid obstructing interior air circulation with excess product or other objects. Limit frequent or prolonged door openings. After closing a door, wait briefly before reopening it. The defrost timer is described as operating automatically four times in 24 hours and resetting to the time of initial start-up.

Cleaning & Maintenance

Before cleaning, switch off the power supply. Required temperature is not reached

Check that the control switch is on and that the thermostat range is set correctly. Confirm that the cabinet is not in a defrost or post-defrost phase, that the evaporator is not covered with frost and that dust has not blocked the condenser. Also check that the cabinet is not near a heat source and that the condensing unit has uninterrupted airflow.
